Round Island Route

The Round Island Route (RIR) is a major recreational project in Singapore designed to create a continuous 150-kilometer trail that loops around the entire island. When fully completed, it will be the longest recreational connection in Singapore, linking parks, nature areas, and urban spaces across various regions.

This section begins at Rower’s Bay in the northeast, extends past the Singapore River, and ends at Berlayer Creek in the south. It represents the island’s longest recreational connection, providing a continuous path that encircles the eastern region of Singapore. This phase is part of a broader plan to create a 150-kilometer loop around the entire island, enhancing recreational opportunities and connectivity for residents and visitors alike.
