Key features include a lively Pedestrian Mall and public plazas for larger gatherings and events like festive markets and performances, alongside more intimate courtyard spaces and friendly neighborhood streets for everyday activities and interactions. These communal areas will support an active lifestyle, encouraging residents to participate in neighborhood exercise groups, casual gatherings, and leisure activities, all while promoting a pedestrian-friendly, car-lite environment set within lush, green surroundings.

Marina South is envisioned as a 10-minute neighborhood, where the strategic placement of amenities ensures that residents can access daily necessities within a short, 10-minute walk.
